Three variables: processed volume (tons/month), number of hospital clients and modules included. Setup and training are part of the initial proposal. Monthly fee adjusted to the actual size, no hidden charges.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the price not published?

Because pricing depends on processed volume, number of hospital clients and the modules included. A generic table does not fit — a laundry running 50 tons/month does not pay the same as one running 350. After a 30-minute demo with your numbers, we send the proposal.

Is there a setup, training or implementation fee?

Yes, and it is included in the proposal. Implementation varies by size — smaller operations take 1 week, larger ones 2 to 3 weeks. Team training is included. Assisted migration from your current setup (spreadsheet, generic ERP, paper) is included as well.

Is there a lock-in contract or cancellation fee?

12-month minimum, no penalty by tier. 30-day window to cancel without cost if it doesn't work for your operation. Annual prepaid contracts get 10–15% off.

I already have a system. Why migrate?

Right question. Consider: what does it cost you today (license + server + internal IT + custom dev)? When was the last new feature? Does it have RAG/AI/IoT? Where is your data (shared database or isolated)? Legacy systems evolve in multi-year cycles. Cleanifly ships monthly, with database-per-tenant (each customer isolated — critical for healthcare).

I use Excel and it works. Why change?

How much time does admin spend reconciling daily? How many weight disputes per month? How much linen disappears untraced (0.5%–2% is typical)? Add those invisible costs — usually R$ 15k–40k/month. Cleanifly Starter costs a fraction and eliminates most of it.

Does it work for hospitals with in-house laundry?

Yes. The Enterprise plan is designed for multi-unit operations and supports both outsourced and in-house laundries. For internal hospital operations, the focus is traceability, audit trail and reports for CCIH and accreditation.

Can I start with one plan and switch later?

Yes. Migration between plans is simple and billing is prorated. As your operation grows, you change plans with no data rework. Modules also light up as you mature — it's not all at once.

What if I already have my own fiscal ERP?

Cleanifly doesn't replace fiscal ERPs — it exports invoices in PDF and XLSX for the ERP you already use. Direct API integration (TOTVS, SAP, Senior, RM, Sankhya) is offered as a Custom Integration. Cleanifly stays at the center orchestrating operations, ERP stays at the fiscal layer.
